We encourage you to post on any Blog page; however, there are some restrictions and rules of blog etiquette.

Rules
1 Only Sponsors and Endorsers may announce Education, Seminars or other self-promoting announcements.  Blogs should remain just that – Blogs.  We also have a place for customer reviews and advertisers’ responses to the reviews.  Oh yes, we also have a way for you to review your local jurisdiction’s services.  Let your Planning and Building Departments know how they are doing!!  See the Advertisers page for more information.

2 All blog postings must be professional.  It’s OK to disagree with a posting, but please be courteous and respectful of other opinions.  Blogs are for disseminating information, clarifying complex issues, and exchanging opinions about different approaches adopted by the multitude of regulatory agencies.

3 Bloggers that smear, use profanity, or are disrespectful will have their offensive posts removed immediately.   Abuse of the rules of etiquette will suspend your rights to post.

4 Have fun. Yes, it’s a rule.  As you know, the world of regulatory codes can be very dry and dull, but it doesn’t mean you have to be, too.
